Change your LuxID Account name and other info
Change your name and personal information
You can update your name and other personal details in your LuxID Account. LuxID Partners may request this information when you sign in to their service for the first time.
All personal information fields are optional from LuxID's point of view, but some LuxID Partners may require certain details to work properly. See Manage your information for more details.
Some details may have been verified through a trusted source - for example LuxTrust. To keep their verified status, LuxID locks these fields: you can still see them, but you cannot change them here. If a verified detail is incorrect, you must correct it with the source that verified it. The corrected value then flows back to LuxID.
The same applies with LuxID Pro: when LuxID receives your details from your organisation's federated identity provider, those details are treated as verified by that external source. They are locked in your LuxID Account and must be corrected with your organisation's identity provider, not here.
