Known issues

This page lists problems we are currently aware of that can affect signing in to LuxID, together with a temporary workaround for each. These are usually caused by specific browsers, extensions, or devices, and we are actively working to resolve them.

📄️Firefox with the Firefox Relay extension can crash on macOS

On macOS the Firefox Relay extension can make Firefox crash on LuxID pages. Disable the extension or use another browser while we work on a fix.
